My theory about black is, it makes you pay attention to her skin. Sexy black outfits invariably show a lot of it. Black cocktail dress works because they are so revealing that in any other color it'll seem not too ladylike. But because its black, the sexuality is toned down a bit and you can show off a lot of arms and legs while looking very proper. That's sexy.
This does not mean the color black is universal to all sexy outfits. If you're not revealing much, play up the youthful colors. Unless of course you're into the whole Darth Vader thing.

I am in band, so we were in the graduation playing background music. These are the onky ones out of the many picture I took with me in them.
Sandwiched..
A Gay Moment with my friend, we exchanged instruments..
After the graduation, packing up. That strand of stuff on me are paper cranes someone gave me.
