in Home i speak indonesia language with my family members, cannot speak mandarin language again.. :(

My mother-tongue is Swedish, I speak English with my wife, Swedish with my daughter, and my wife speaks Chinese with our daughter. Our daughter speaks baby language ... :wacko:

My mother language is the İstanbul accent of the Anatolian dialect of Oghuz Turkish.

hmmm, Cantonese & Wu (Shanghainese) are different languages from Mandarian, not just different dialects. They use the same writing system by the words & pronounciations are vastly different...you can't understand Cantonese or Wu if you speak Mandrian and vice versa.

I speak English with a sprinkling of Polish, Slovak, Italian, Lakota, Lenape, Puthongua and Chamorro. That's what American English is all about, right? :clapping:

I speak french at home with my familly members and most of my friends. I try to speak english as often as I can so as not to forget it.

Mandarin Chinese, but now speaking too much english and seems to forget Mandarin Chinese, well and least how to write it. (it's a pitiful shame...)
