as both languages often have very similiar pronunciation for the same chinese chracter.
Its very helpful when you learn the vocabularies , once you get familiar with reading Korean words originally formed by hanja,
you will find some patterns to find what those read words mean/convert in Chinese.
Vice versa for the Koreans who learn Chinese.
For Koreans who are learning Chinese , its often being told that the familiarizing with the tone is the toughest hurdel .

施祖權(시조권) would be pronounced as "Shi Jo Gwon" ("Jo" sounding like the nickname, "Joe") and not as "Shi Ho Gwon."Si Jo Gueon 시조권
Pronounced as Shi Ho Gwon
I suspect sg_han simply made a typo.

Yes, I made a typo error. It is so obvious as I wrote Si Jo Gueon initially. By the way you speak Korean too?

예비역 영관장교들, 盧대통령에 해명.사과 요구
예비역: a reserve unit in war
영관장교: the highest level of 대령, a colonel/captain
대통령: president
해명 solution; explanation
사과 요구: Request/demand for an apology.
My interpretation: Reserve colonels, 盧President's explanation. Demands an apology.
???
