Also who is Xue Gong who gave Han Gaozu advice when this Ying Bu rebelled?

Who is this general Ying Bu who helped Han Gaozu to set up the Han dynasty?
Also who is Xue Gong who gave Han Gaozu advice when this Ying Bu rebelled?
A brief one, details see fcharton's.
YingBu was a brigand in the beginning, then he rebelled and jioned XiangLiang's army.
After the death of XiangLiang, he followed XiangYu, and fight as the bravest.
When they destoried Qin Dynasty, he was crowned as king of JiuJiang by XiangYu
because of his remarkable achievement.
But when LiuBang rebelled and strike east, he betrayed XiangYu, but was defeated
by XiangYu's general LongJu, fled to LiuBang's camp.
Serveral years later he went back to JiuJiang by the help of LiuBang and jioned the
seige of XiangYu. When they conquered all China, he was crowned as the King of HuiNan.
But later, after some other kings was murdered by LiuBang, because of fear, he rebelled again.
Unfortunately he was defeated again, and was killed while fleeing.
XueGong means duke of Xue,not a name, so I don't know who he is.
There's also a XueGong in XiangYu's army, I don't if they are the same one.
I also want to know who is XueGong and XiaoGong(Jiao),could anyone tell me?
