Ha ha! Someone who speaks Cantonese, Hoka dialects, Fujian dialects, and Wu dialects should probably try to pronouce those words. We might get a flavor of how they were pronounced in Xia period of time.

禹 Yu - yu3
启 Qi - qi3
太康 Taikang - tai4 kang1
仲康 Zhongkang - zhong4 kang1
相 Xiang - xiang4(? I think, it could also be xiang1, but I think it was pronounced xiang4 traditionally.)
少康 Shaokang - shao4 kang1
杼 Shu or Zhu, in some version it is 予 Yú Yǔ - zhu4
槐 Huái - huai2
芒 either Huang or Huang or Mang or Wang - mang2
泄 either Xie or Yi - xie4
不降 either Buxiang or Bujiang -bu4 jiang4
扃 Jiong - jiong1 or jiong3
廑 Jin - jin3 or jin4
孔甲 Kongjia - kong2 jia3
皋 either Gao or Gu or Hao or Yao - gao1
发 either Bo or Fā or Fǎ or Fà - fa1
癸 Gui - gui3
Some possible Xia pronounciations: I will try with my mixed and half hazard Wu and Min Nan dialects -- and forget about the tones -- I have problems with trying to pinyin these pronounciations. I will say pinyin was my 4th or 5th language, and I certainly have trouble grasping the logic of its formation.
禹 Yu - yio
启 Qi - ki
太康 Taikang - d/tai kong (somewhat between d and t sound, more d than t I think)
仲康 Zhongkang - diong kong
相 Xiang - xion
少康 Shaokang - sho kong
杼 Shu or Zhu, in some version it is 予 Yú Yǔ - half way between zhu and zu and very short
槐 Huái - huei
芒 either Huang or Huang or Mang or Wang - mong
泄 either Xie or Yi - xi sort of short sound or hei
不降 either Buxiang or Bujiang - be jun
扃 Jiong - giong
廑 Jin - gin
孔甲 Kongjia - kong gei
皋 either Gao or Gu or Hao or Yao - go
发 either Bo or Fā or Fǎ or Fà - ?
癸 Gui - gui4
I hope someone else can come up with the better Xia pronounciations. Mine were a bit pathetic.
