According to villagers in Flores the Ebu Gogo was last seen in the 19th century just before the Dutch colonist arrived in central Flores, Indonesia. The Ebu Gogo was described as being one meter in height with hairy body and long arms. Their women had long breasts which they flung over their shoulders. The Ebu Gogo got their name because they ate everything raw.

Yes, in fact that article mentioned that. It is good to see myth backed up by archealogy findings. I have also read about the myth of some Indonesians that first human were the result of inter marrying of the tall and small people.

The myth of the little black people (since the lack of a common name between the tribes) said that they are the height of 3 year old kids, fast and strong, hides in the bushes to ambush people and uses poison darts. They also rape woman from the homosaipian tribes. Which is always the cause for the other people wanting to kill them. However, in Taiwan these people had great knowledge for farming. And the aboriginals claim the little black people taught them about farming.
Begging plea of the weak can only receive disrespect, violence and oppression as bestowments. Blood and sweat of the weak can only receive insult, blame and abuse as rewards.
