So my advice for future Juren Exam candidates is patience, a careful look at the question and most importantly prepare yourself for thorough research ranging from a variety of topics.

Hi GZ,
I've got your e-mail. thanks alot! I have a questian. why can't we retake the exam after failing it? I mean, the same exam, same questians.
I've just changed the rule. One is allowed to re-take the Juren exam only one more time. That means, the maximum no. of times one can take the Juren exam is 2 times.
So in case you wish to re-take the Juren exam (if you fail), you can PM me to request to re-take it. You will not be allowed to re-take the Juren exam if you fail the Juren exam 2nd time.

So, if you fail the Juren exam, you can't take the Jinshi exam in future?
Of course, to take the Jinshi exam, you're required to be a Juren scholar first. If you cannot make it to Juren title, then you can't take the Jinshi exam.

Hope more people take the Juren test. BTW, GZ, how many members are Juren now?
There are currently 32 Juren scholars in CHF.

Ok, 1 question. If you fail the second time, you have no chance to go up anymore?
Unfortunately, we only allow one more chance to take the Juren exam if you fail the first time. Thus, I would suggest you really prepare yourself and study more before taking the Juren exam again. Also, do more reading up on materials in CHF or research the internet.
If you fail the 2nd time, your title will still remain as Xiucai Scholar. Nothing will change.
