Normally, if you're a new member who has just signed up with an account in CHF, you should receive a validation e-mail. In order to become a 'full' new member, you're required to validate in order to be able to post in CHF.

Validation is necessary for security reasons to prevent spamming in CHF. By validating your account, you are proving that you're a 'real person' instead of some kind of spambots. In some cases, the validation e-mail might end up in the spambox, so you should check your spambox to see if it contains any validation e-mail.

If for some reasons you did not receive any validation e-mail, you may do the following:

>> Post your request to be validated in this thread (simply state your request here)

We will try to respond to your validation request the sooner the possible.

P.S. Unvalidated account is able to post in this thread.

I have tried several times to receive the validation email to my email account and it was not successful. After 7 times, I gave up... can you please validate me somehow.

I think your validation system is broken. I tried hitting the validation link 3 times last night and once this afternoon and haven't recieved anything (yes i did check my 'spam' folder).

also, if people are having trouble with validation, i suggest you make it easier for them to email an administrator about it. specifically, i think a person should be able to hit the 'HELP' link at the top and within 1-2 clicks contact an administrator about validation problems. even more specific, i'm surprise that webmaster email address isn't already in that HELP link (I clicked the help link looking for an email address to email about my validation problems but only stumbled upon this thread).

i mean its a bit disconcerting for new users (who haven't yet been validated) to see that the CHF homepage is radically truncated to only 2 forums.....thus I doubt many users would have the persistence to venture into this forum if they already attempted (and failed) to find assistance using the 'HELP' link.

also, can you please validate my account? thanks.

also, can you please email me (using the email account I signed up with) when my account is validated? Because I will just be browsing this site as a guest and I will probably not visit this thread again. thanks again.
