Good luck Lu Su. Hopefully we shall keep seeing some of you creations here though. For all members to post an announcement or development in their life they would like to share with CHF. =)
Lu Su is off to art school!!!!!!!! Yes that's where I've been hiding. I have a bunch of stuff to do and not alot of time!! Plus I have some promises to keepBut things will be cool here soon. I'll have a new place to myself as well near campus. I just have to work out the financial aid, grant and loan details, get moved into my place, and purchase as well as organize all my school supplies (laptop, backpack, art supply list, etc.)
I will be starting at the Art Institute of Michigan, October 6th, for a BFA in Visual Communications

Thank you, William. =) I hope so too!! I've only contributed trifling amounts so far, but I am happy to further involve myself. And I hope the members will enjoy future works, of course!! As with previous work, anything done directly for the site, or site related will always be free. CHF has probably been the single most supportive community of my endeavors and so I would be very proud to apply the skills I will learn for future upgrades or visual flair on the site. =) This will always be exclusive to CHF.
I hope too you will continue to do your fabulous work in the newsletter and other site functions. =) Your a rather skilled writer.
Thank you!! That is precisely what I'm doing, trying to pursue those grand dreams of mine. =P As one of like mind, I extend both my greetings to you, and wishes for your success as well. *bows* Historians are the bulwark of our lives. Without them we would have no past to learn from to build the future. It was a field that also greatly appealed to me; I believe it is a remarkably philosophical and enriching profession as well =)Congratulations Lu Su! It is fantastic to see others pursue their dreams! I hope one day I'll be able to pursue my dream of being a historian. I will be looking forward to seeing your artistic creations in the future!

Visual Communications sounds rather fascinating-anything on china in it?

No, it is a strictly art and fine arts related major.

When my skills improve on realism, I am planning of course on immortalizing some of my favorite characters or moments in time though in Chinese History. =) So certainly I will apply my skills towards some of my scholastic pursuits like here. =) Though my major is strictly for art abilites and progressive development in all aspects of fine arts, naturally I hope to use them with my other passions as well.
Well, good luck with your major!

As of right now, their is a good chance I'll be contracted by a school in China to come over and teach English at one of their locations. I have never been to China so this would be the experience of a lifetime! Just thought I'd let everyone know since I already feel very connected with this place.
Fantastic, I can imagine how excited you must be!

Yeah, it's pretty exciting and I should know within the next week or two, and if I'm expected, I'll be departing early in March.
