For the armies of Northern Wei and Former Qin, did they use any heavy artillery like catapults in their armies or Greek fire in their navies?

Catapults/trebuchets, yes - both in the armies and on warships. Greek Fire, not yet - as far as we can tell, it was only introduced from the Byzantine Empire in the 9th or 10th century.
The dead have passed beyond our power to honour or dishonour them, but not beyond our ability to try and understand.
