Hello,
I'm new here. How do I PM Yang Zongbao or Mok? I would like to take the exam.
Yang Zongbao or Mok are no longer staffs of CHF. If you want to take the exam, you can PM me, Pattie or Bao Pu.

One should seek serenity to cultivate the body, thriftiness to cultivate the morals. If you are not simple and frugal, your ambition will not sparkle. If you are not calm and cool, you will not reach far. - Zhugeliang

I understand that there is no time limit to finish the exam. That means I can start the exam and complete it, say, 1 week or even 1 month later?
Although there is no time limit to finish the exam, if you log out and then re-login to take the exam, you would have to re-start everything in the exam from scratch. The exam software does not save what you've 'done' in the past and allow you to continue from where you were initially.
Thus, it would be best to do the exam at one single go. Give yourself about 2 hours minimum to research thoroughly online to complete the exam at one single go.

Hello, am new to the site and would like to take the exam. Have a blog about China, and would like to place the link in my signature as well as contribute to the community. Have read about 10 books already on China's history but am by no means an expert.

What are the benefits of taking the exam again? Think I read it somewhere but can't find it anymore. Thanks.

You can enrich your knowledge of Chinese history/culture, and test your knowledge. That's the benefit.
However, the real reason why we implemented this is because CHF is only for those who are serious and interested in Chinese history/culture. We filter away those who are here to spam or to create trouble.
