a guy called 白賓風 lie in a small room
賓風閒臥白小齋?
a guy called 賓風 lie in the "small white room".
not sure if it is 白(white) or 日(sun).

The first one 小齋閒臥白賓風 is correct. The sealbank lists it under the name of 周芬, Qing Dynasty.
