Zhong Wuyan, who is regarded as one of the worst-looking women in Chinese history, was the queen of the King Qixuan of the Qi State in the Warring States Period (475-221BC.). Due to her ugly appearance, she did not marry until she was 40 years old. Then she came to the King to offer herself as the king’s maiden. She succeeded!
