Good afternoon forum-goers.
I've been asked to help a friend identify a Chinese culture styled dragon for a tattoo. I thought I found what he was looking for, but someone then said they thought it to be Japanese?
I appreciate that this is probably a little off-topic, but I'd appreciate any feedback.

It does look a bit Japanese, but I think also there is modern Western influence involved in the design.
