Is Lao Tzu considered the greatest Chinese philosopher (other than Confucius)?

I am into reading ancient Chinese culture and philosophy...i like Confucius but i like Lao Tzu a lot....he seems more sublime to me.

I prefer Lao Tzu (Laozi) also. I've written a scholarly bio of him and "his" book here.
