This isn't exactly a poem I think, but its in RTK.
Mao: The eighteen armies of the confrederate lords failed to kill Dong Zhuo. One Diao Chan sufficed. Liu Bei, Zhang Fei and Guan Yu could not conquer Lü Bu. Diao Chan, alone, was able to. The couch was her battleground, cosmetics her armor, glances her spear and dagger, frowns and smiles her bow and arrows. With pleasing words and humble phrases she arranged surprise attacks and ambushes - a female general truly to be feared and respected.
Oh,where have you got these words from?
I am shamed to know these words for my first time...It's really Mao's saying...
Below Chinese words are checked from internet,
I think they are perhaps the original chinese...
(It's not a poem...But in an ancient official written chinese format.(文言文))
The english translation that you quoted seems well....
(Do you know DiaoChan
She was considered as 1 of the 4 most beauty in Chinese history..hehe..)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mao's comment on Three Kingdom

Hi! I'm from Russia and I like poems by Sun Bu-er.
A springlike autumn's balmy breeze reaches afar,
The sun shines on the house of a recluse
South of the river;
They encourage the December apricots
To burst first into bloom:
A simplehearted person
Faces the simplehearted flowers.
(translated by Tomas Cleary)
I need the chinese version poems by Sun Bu-er, I want to translate this poems bu my selth.
Oh,My god...This poem is known by me at the first time, too. ..shame twice...
Please see below chinese(searched from Internet) for your reference:
Sun Bu-er(孙不二) was an Taoist(道士) in Yuan dynasty(元朝).
The english translation is not too bad,but part of it is not very exactly..
I am eager to see your translation,hehe..

Rage bristling under the cap,
I lean against the railing;
The rushing rain has ceased.
Lifting my eyes,
Towards the sky I let out a battle cry;
My blood is boiling.
Thirty years: rank and honour, just so much dust;
Eight hundred leagues: travelling with the moon and clouds.
Do not let it slip away;
When a young man"s head turns grey,
Regret will be too late.
The national insult
Is yet to be avenged;
Your servants" shame:
When will it be erased?
Let us ride the long chariots
To crush those mountain strongholds.
Glorious quest: to feast on the flesh of the invaders.
We laugh and chat and quench our thirst with Tartar blood.
Let us start
To take back our rivers and mountains,
And report to the Heavenly Palace.

This is a lyric (词) by Qin Guan (秦观) from the Song dynasty.
The whole poem goes like this:
鹊桥仙 (词牌名)
纤云弄巧,
飞星传恨,
银汉迢迢暗度。
金风玉露一相逢,
便胜却人间无数。
柔情似水,
佳期如梦,
忍顾鹊桥归路。
两情若是长久时,
又岂在朝朝暮暮。
I like this poem and it includes a reference to jade. I thought it would be worth translating. Please add comments and suggestions to improve translation.
Magpie bridge Immortal
Delicate clouds drift fleetingly,
Shooting star reluctantly (grudgingly) fades (departs),
Silver virtue (Han character) is very remote and obscure.
Gold wind (Feng Huang) and jade dew drop, a fortuitous (chance) meeting,
Convenient rendezvous, but the world is insecure.
Soft emotions flow like water,
Celestial (Excellent) interlude would be like a dream
Patient caution (consideration) is like a magpie bridge that provides a way out.
Strong emotions if a long relationship is desired,
Then again it could mean I must face twilight forever.
Go with the flow the river knows.
Turn weapons into peace and friendship with gifts of jade-silk.

my first post on CHF. Here's my favourite Chinese poem, from Li Bai
The bright moon lifts from the Mountain of Heaven
In an infinite haze of cloud and sea,
And the wind, that has come a thousand miles,
Beats at the Jade Pass battlements....
China marches its men down Baideng Road
While Tartar troops peer across blue waters of the bay....
And since not one battle famous in history
Sent all its fighters back again,
The soldiers turn round, looking toward the border,
And think of home, with wistful eyes,
And of those tonight in the upper chambers
Who toss and sigh and cannot rest
I find it one of the most amazing pieces of poetry I've ever heard...

This is the poem referring to the legend of the Weaving Girl and the Cowherd and also one of my favorites. I will also try to translate it.
Fairies (Immortals) of the Magpie Bridge (The name of the song/tune)
Delicate clouds played tricks.
Shooting stars delivered their regrets.
The Milky Way is too far to pass.
Golden wind and jade dews met just once,
and it was far better than meeting many times in the human world. (2)
Tender passions are like water,
and the good time is like dreams.
(I/we) couldn't bear to look at the Magpie Bridge, the road to return home (to leave).
When the love between two people could last forever,
to be together day in and day out is not necessary.
(1) 银汉 is another term for the Milky Way. Chinese term for the Milky Way is the Silver River.
I think it refered to one of the legend about the meeting of the Weaving Girl and the Cowherd in Heaven when the Cowherd was the Golden Boy (金童). Also, it means just one meeting in a long while between the two lovers are better than many human couples who are together every day, but whose heart do not belong to each other.

From the 《詩經, 诗经》shījīng – Book of Poetry
The Book of Poetry is the first of the works compiled by Confucius himself, and/or some of his early students. It consists of 305 pieces written from about the beginning of the Western Zhou in 1046 BC to the end of the Spring and Autumn Period about 476 BC.
1
野有死麇 yĕ yǒu sǐ jūn: A deer is slain
yĕ yǒu sǐ jūn, bái máo bāo zhī.
A deer is slain, in white grass wrapped.
.
yǒu nǚ huái chūn, jí shì yòu zhī,
A maid longs for love,by the hunter tempted,
lín yǒu pŭ sù, yĕ yǒu sǐ lù.
He hews the forest, another deer is slain.
bái máo cún shù, yǒu nǚ rú yù.
A maid like jade,in white grass adorned.
shū ĕr tuōtuō xī, wú yŭn wǒ shuì xī,
Approach softly, the waist cloth untouched.
wú shǐ méng yè fèi.
Be gentle and not aggressive.

Chinese Valentines Day
The brigde of magpies lightened(?) the night where the feeling of love overflowed in the streets.
Orange light of the street lamps gently shone on the butterflies resting on the bench.
Gazing into the night sky the moon was white and the stars, even brighter.
The Cowherd and Weaver Girl who have parted for hundred days.
Lifting my head I saw the love of the two deities.
And the moment I look downwards I thought of your gracefulness.
It was the seventh month and seven, when Mandarin Ducks were in pairs.
I hope you can meet the perfect love of your life.
What do you think?
