The disclaimers for China History Forum (CHF) contain the repudiation or denial of certain responsibilities or connection, which serves to legally protect both China History Forum and the users of this site.

1. The following disclaimers apply to the following website "China History Forum" at http://www.chinahistoryforum.com and "China History Info" at http://www.chinahistoryinfo.com
2. China History Forum and China History Info Web pages are designed for educational purposes but as members are the contributors, we MAKE NO GUARANTEE OF VALIDITY.

Protect the forum against over-zealous lawyers and litigation-happy opportunistsWhy is this disclaimer neccessary in the first place?

And if someone was to post some herbal cooking and medicine, and someonefollowed the directions and got sick, then we'll be in doo-doo..
Besides, the thing of wikipedia was on for weeks, and I didn't care because I thought sooner or later they'll have it deleted. Turns out I have to copy and paste.

It's just a matter of getting the IP and matching it with our database but don't worry about that if retards with to make false statments against us let them. People will see the truth.
