Yes, of cours, the Song dynasty was bound to be destroyed. No one can be immortal:

The Tang dynasty which built by Li Shimin who was a warlord of noble was destroyed by splits and wars among the warlords.
The Song dynasty which built by Zhao Kuangyin who rosed from the ranks was destroyed by foreign invasion.
The Ming dynasty which built by Zhu Yuanzhang who used to be a homeless-man was destroyed by peasant uprising.
The Qing dynasty which built by Huang Taiji who was an alien was destroyed by lots of Sea-crossing aliens.

So, there seems to be a kind of order in the history, it is the cycle.
