I am a huge fan of Ethnic food, and have tried lots of different ones. Though I like most of them, I would say my favorite would be Korean food. The Korean BBQ and its side dishes are great, but Solong Tang takes the cake! Vietnamese pho soup are great too when you don't want too much calorie intake. I also like Japanese food, Sushi and La mian and Chinese Banquet! Oh there are just too much to love! I'm glad I have friends of many different nationalities!

Cantonese is the best, as it uses sugar to balance the other tastes, especially the saltiness from soy sauce, black beans and the like

Baked banana with wonton soup? What is it? I've never heard of Chinese cuisine inducing the use of bananas to make soup.

The only fruits used to make soup in Chinese cuisine are apples, pears, papaya, wolfberries

Mongolian food can be quite different from Chinese food. Mongolians have weird wines, milk, a whole lamb etc.

They can look really barbaric if they were to eat lambs (on special occasions), the whole lamb, cooked and skinned, still whole are chopped into huge chunks and Mongolians take them up and bite away.

Chinese however, would use chopsticks to pick up the lamb piece by piece and only after the lamb has been chopped into bite-sized pieces.

After all, Chinese are more cultured while Mongolians are more like a nomadic group of people.

PM me for my Skype, I removed it from the public's view.

I research stuff I like, I enjoy it as a hobby but one day I plan to get a master's degree in something I enjoy a lot.
