I am wondering has anyone seen Chinese with sunken eyes. Or has anyone seen Chinese who look a bit Polynesian?
If so can you show me pictures?

Reported from DNA Analytic thinking.
Actual Japanese are intermixture of
1 Japanese 4.8%
2 Korean 24.2%
3 Chinese 25.8%
4 Ainu (Native Northern Japanese) 8.1%
5 Okinawa people (Native Southern Japanese) 16.1%
6 Other 21%
Most Southern Chinese have sunk in eyes, much more so than the average Japanese or Korean.

I do see a percentage in Hong Kong but I don't see this as a majority.
But nevertheless, still they don't look like Polynesian either.

I'm speaking of my experience with overseas Chinese, most of the Chinese around where I live are from Fujian/Guangdong and they have sunk in eyes.

ainus and okinawans are the natives of japan and are grouped as the jomon peoples.they resided in japan 10000 years before the yayoi moved to japan.the yayoi migrated to japan from the korean peninsula about 4000 years ago.almost all of the japanese population is genetically related to the koreans through the yayoi peoples.the okinawans are said to have migrated from the yellow river area in china and settled in japan before the yayoi peoples.hence the okinawans look more like your average asian. whereas latest research shows that ainus are genetically related to the tibetans and Andaman islanders of S.western India. indic peoples and caucasoid peoples are grouped into the aryan family and are genetically similar with minor differences. in the case of the ainus, their genepool must be dominated by the andaman islandic gene.hence the hairiness of the ainus, and their aryan features.
conclusion:the asian peoples mentioned in the Question are related to one another but they did not evolve out of Han chinese.
