Seems to be a good scene for chinese cavalry battle based on rebellion against Qin army.

The red colour flag represents the Chu army while the black colour flag represents the Qin army. Xiang yu seems to be in the scene.

I wonder if there are horse archers?

I think it's from a movie in the 90s called "Chu-Han Zheng Ba 楚汉争霸" starred by Lu Liang Wei. It's a movie set on the overthrow of Qin, followed by rivalry war between Chu and Han.

Qin has horse archers. I watched a documentatry about Qin weapons. There was a kind of cross bow can be operated with one hand. It was more advanced than Xionglu horse archers. That was a reason Qin could drive Xionglu out of the Tianshan area.

The Qin guy looked like he had a guan dao.
