Does anyone recognize either of these Chinese wrestlers? The guy on the left I think I recognize but I can not place who he might be.

It seems as though they are in a Chinese Wrestling match.Do you guys know about it?I heard that it was created by a Chinese Muslim and if it was made why wasn't it popular?

Shuai Chiao (摔角), which is often translated as "chinese wrestling", has a number of different varieties. The differences come about due to the different regions where the art was practiced (for example some forms of Shuai Chiao are identified by what area they came from; e.g. Bao Ding Shuai Chiao) or the different ethnic groups or the different times (the term used for wrestling varied over the centuries it was practiced) or the different rules. As to the latter, I have never closely looked into how the rules shifted over time but I am told the rules have changed, in particular with what is permitted leg attacks.
