I am looking for people who can help expand Wikipedia's "Northern Praying Mantis" boxing article:

I have recently expanded a few sections and added some pics, but the section describing the training regime and practical combat applications is sorely lacking. I am not a Mantis boxer myself, but I am still interested in the subject. I realize that Wikipedia is not a group favorite here, but it will never improve if people keep on complaining instead of making contributions. If someone does decided to help, I only ask that you provide verifiable sources for all posted material. I prefer books and tend to shy away from internet sites. Thanks.
