Could somebody translate the writing on this picture?

Hi Balhrath,
The words are basically describing which era those soldiers are from. I can translate them for you if you'd like, but I'd probably have to edit the image and add in my translations or you might get confused.

If I'm not wrong, those pictures are the military clothings taken from Liu Yongfu's chinese military clothings (中国军戎服饰).
