Does anyone know the city of Shunde,China? It was spelled Shunte or Shun tak during the earlier days.

Around 1900, were there a lot of white people living in Shunde? If yes, do you know of the district in Shunde where they lived.

Does anyone know the names of famous silk factories in Shunde, China around 1900?

Thanks.
