Do the Chinese have something similar to the famous
Cairo Geniza? More specifically, I am asking about a recently found (within the last 150 years or so) cache of historical documents that span hundreds of years.

What about Dunhuang? Surely that is just as great, especially as the texts are significant for both their breadth and age.

There were several such instances of old texts discovered in tombs or secret chambers. One old example is the Bamboo Annals, which were found in a looted Warring States tomb during the Jin dynasty, and are a previously unknown dynastic history of ancient China. More recently, a cache holding thousands of manuscripts was discovered in Dunhuang at the end of the 19th century. Even more recently, the tombs in Mawangdui (Hunan) in the early 70s brought a number of important manuscripts.
