Yes, I've seen this.

A little oversensationalized, I think (particularly the repeating crossbow as the machine gun's ancestor--they only shared function, not lineage) and made one believe that the Han army was merely a rifleman's army transposed into 100 B.C., but still good for educating the layman.

There were also a few historical inaccuracies, but I forgot which parts, I saw it over a year ago.
