Hi,

I'm wondering if someone can help me with the chinese numbers, and how to write them correctly.
I wanted to have my son's birth date as a tattoo, but I haven't found a good site that explains the correct way
to use the chinese numbers.

For example - he was born on January 9:th in the year of 2000 - can anyone help me with the correct
way of writing that?
It doesn't have to be in that order, it could also be 00-01-09 (that's how we would write it in Sweden),
but since I wanted it in chinese writing I also wanted it to be 'correct' in the Chinese way.

Would be so greatful for any help given.

"9th of January 2000" is written as follow:

两千年一月九日

(character read from left to right)

See the following links on how to write strokes of the characters:

Welcome to chinese character and writing system! FYI, Chinese is one of the most difficult languages in the world.

I think probably you can use the traditional Lunar calendar for this tatoo. 2000-01-09 in Lunar calendar is:
