William, do you have a bigger picture of this? I cannot see the captions clearly. Also do you know who signed this document?
William, after I got my magnifying glass out, I worked out what the captions say. The image is of the Great Wall of China at Shanhaiguan (also known as Shanhai Pass). It is in Hebei province. Here is a link on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shanhaiguan
