Hi!

I'll be soon teaching Mandarin to a class of primary school children (aged 7-11), so I am looking for interesting and fun material (especially songs, stories, activities, and so on) to engage children while making them learn the basics of Mandarin language. Do you have any suggestion or thought on the matter? Did you ever teach a language to youngsters? What kind of approach did you use to make them learn effectively whilst having fun with the language? Can you recommend any type of material (DVDs, CDs, TV programs, games and so on) to use in the classroom with children?

Any opinion, comment, past experience or suggestion is welcome!

Kids love to listen to story.. so you can try story-telling to engage their interest..
