Are there any Jin Hua (yu) speakers (晋语)?

I'm very curious about this dialect as it is Northern and rarely spoke about. It is also surround by Mandarin and nonChinese languages on all sides, unlike the Southern dialects.

How is Jin related to more classical or middle Chinese? Does anyone have examples of how Jin differs from Mandarin in vocab or grammar?

Thanks for the info, I find Jin Hua very interesting, but it gets little attention; I think because not many immigrants come to the West from that area of China or just have a lot of money to promote themselves.
