I've heard the saying goes Asiatic people evolved that extra skin around the eyes (the epicanthic fold or whatever it's called) to deal with the extreme cold as well as extreme glare of sunlight, wind and dust typical of the plains of Siberia and Mongolia. The areas where Mongoloids evolved, is this true? By the way in my personal opinion I think Asians collectively have been quite unfortunate in this regards because they're basically the only ones that have this feature and as the eyes are the most prominent part of the body, it's very easy for someone else to make fun of you.

Probably, it is an advantage that is important to say the least in does kind of climates, just study the Inuits their build and eyes all screams to heaven that they come from the most ekstreme envioment imaginable.
As to making fun off, that is more to do whit culture than everything else, since a symetrical built Asian is just as attractive for Negoes and Caucasian people as they are for Asiatic themself, that is just our more primitive nature that decides that.
But i guess you say it just to make fun or provoke.
