I think you could get enough gunpowder to launching some firework in the U.S. But not enough to run any experiment in terms of trail and error.

Yay!!! I was worried about not being able to get gunpowder. Now I could built some hwachas. jump.gif
Also, based on Liang Jieming Hwacha's scale, how far do you think that the rockets can fly?

If you are in America, I would not recommend building a working hwachs, given our current status of terror alert and fear 'wmd' /laugh/

certainly if you are in other question, i still don't recommend it unless its in a university approved situation
