In this modern world, we are removing half of our sleep from our life and spending it in works, but we still not remember that good sleep gives you a healthy body. 

If it is necessary to stay awake at your own risk, you can follow the below-mentioned tips. But drinking red bull and caffeine to keep us awake will give more trouble when you need to sleep. I have shared some of the natural tips you can follow.

Get and move around to make yourself awake:

To make yourself awake, you can start a walk. It makes you energized and healthy. A Californian professor studies that the people take candy will give them 10 minutes of energy, but when they started to walk after that, they able to produce 2 hours of energy, which makes your brain, veins, and muscles active. 

By making a walk will bring you refreshed and active, in your workplace, you can start a short walk for 5 minutes, and you can go to the cafeteria by walk if you bring your lunch with you just look for a nice spot to eat it which make yourself refreshed and active.

Take a Nap to edge to avoid sleep:

Be aware of taking naps; you should take a nap before 6 to 7 hours of gap while reaching the bed and don’t take more than one. If you must to take it mean, take a short one while your bedtime is too close. 

Sleeping at your work desk is not a good idea, but now every company was providing naps room for their employees. If you need to nap during your work time, make it during your break hours.

Give a break for your eves to escape from fatigue:

If your continuously working on a computer means it may lead you to fatigue strain your eyes. It is good when you look away from the screen periodically this will relax your eyes.

Speaking interesting topics will make your mind awake, which makes a concentration on that conversation, so making conversation with your colleges will make yourself active and awake from sleep while the conversation goes crispy. I prefer a politics conversation because it will go interesting and go like a web.

Turn on the lights to ease fatigue:

When you are in a dimly lighted environment, it will cause fatigue, so make your surroundings brighter will make your mind a little fresh. 

The brightness of the light will reduce sleep and increase alerts. So make your surrounding brighter to escape from sleep.

Do some yoga and take a breath:

When a person takes a deep breath, it will make his oxygen level rise over your body, slows your heartbeat function and make your blood pressure level also low. 

This improves the circulation of blood and aids mental performance and energy. Sitting up straight and take a deep breath up to 10 times.

Exercising to increase energy:

Taking exercise of 30 minutes daily will make you active and boost up your current day energy level. Finish your workout before bedtime. Eating carbohydrates and protein will lessen the energy loss after the workout within two hours.
