Can anybody recommend a good Han viet dictionary and where can I buy it ?

The organisation should be as follows.

Chinese character - corresponding sound in vietnamese pinyin - corresponding sound in english pinyin (optional)

The dictionary don't need to be comprehensive as long as it compiles the 3000 most common chinese characters.

I have seen a copy owned by someone years ago.

Thanks. This is quite a good online han-viet dictionary except that there is no audio so I can only guess the sound.

Do you know of any site which I can click to hear the sound ?

Zunjing de Bucketball,

Thank you so much for the link! As a lover of both the Chinese and Vietnamese language, I could not be happier to have found an online Han-Viet dictionary. However, the question is; how reliable do you think this website is? Of course, I know there are more than one accurate way to transliterate/translate words; hence, I am only requesting that this website fits into one of the many methods.

I personally think this website can be trusted since there are explanations/examples for why things are translated/transliterated the way they are.

What do you actually think?

Xie Xie,
