What is Jay Chou's 周杰倫 Ancestry?

I wonder what is Jay Chou's (周杰倫) Ancestry ? He is my favorite singer ^^" He did incorporated some Hokkien into some of his songs, but from wikipedia i saw that he could speak only Mandarin and Hakka. So could he be Hakka origin?

I have not heard him speak Hakka before, has he? I do know of the 双节棍 song in which he sang 'zo mak kai, zo mak kai' was there anything else?
